Always schedule your day before you begin. This is going to take great discipline. Once you have mastered that proceed to planning your week, then a month, 3 months, six month, and then a year.
9. Take care of Disturbances
Put a do not disturb sign on your door. If someone insist on interrupting you with an issue, have them write it out with three feasible solutions before meeting you. Do not forget to turn the TV off. Television is a great time interrupter. Actually it's a good time stealer.
10. Organize your work place and home
Disorganization and messiness can weigh you down. You will get more done if you are organized. This may take longer up front to set it up however will save time over time.
