Using a free personality test or personal motivational test will help you build a stronger CV / Resume.
As a recruiter most of my clients use various psychometric / personality tests as part of the interview process.
And as the concept behind these analysis goes on to evolve, so does the success and credibility of this form of assessment approach.
I myself have observed the advantages of these assessments in terms of:
-how they help job searchers build a stronger CV / Resume
-help in developing a fantastic truthful question answering interview strategy
-how they can help you avoid career tragedies!
And personally the MAPP test (motivational appraisal of personal performance) test, turned on my lights to my personal motivational drivers and blockers.
This piece of information in my opinion was nearly life changing in its effect.
Helping me to recognise and cater for my personal strengths and weaknesses.

These changes have amplified my efficiency drastically.

My advice is to do both the Peoplemaps free personality and MAPP tests which will take you about 45 minutes in total.
I doubt the Peoplemaps personality evaluation will highlight any completely unknown personality traits. Nevertheless it will disclose your strongest traits, and provide you with some positive wording that will strengthen your resume / CV.
Your very worst outcome will be some beautifully professionally worded descriptive phrases, which I assure will improve your resume / CV.
